| I have a large laptop, and this is the only 17" one I've found. it works great. its large enough for my laptop too. the only down fall is that its using a usb cable and its probably not too easy to fit into a backpack. however this cooling pad keeps my laptop cooler than the other 3 I've had over the years. I was thinking about getting a second one. |

I was initially hesitant to buy this because of another customer's review that it had sharp edges and was painful to have in your lap. I primarily use my laptop on my lap and not at a desk, so I had some reservations. However, this is the only 17" cooler I could find and as I was replacing a smaller, dead cooler, I wanted to get the appropriate size.
I have to say that it works very well! While the fan itself can get a little hot, I've not had any problems with comfort while using it on my lap. I personally don't feel that the edges are 'sharp' at all and it keeps my laptop nice and cool, especially while I'm gaming. :) |

| this is simply the best you will get. i have a dell 17" vostro laptop and one of the knocks on this computer is it gets real real hot and this unit cools it perfectly get it and you wont be dissapointed |

| After searching for a few weeks for a cooling pad that may fit my 18.4 inch screen lap top, I finally settled on this cooling pad. I am very satisfied and please with it. It is surdy and fits my lap top well. |
